I love how this company is so family oriented. They made sure that everyone in our home, including our son, was included in the issues in our home, as well as the solutions. He wasn't pushy, just gave me the facts and gave me time to make my decision.  The staff kept me informed and did exactly as they said they would. It hasn't been long, but we can already see the product is placing things back into position.

The crew that went out was able to get everything lifted and sealed in an efficient manner and they cleaned up after themselves well.

They even used drop clothes to cover our stairway carpet and floors, and they also respected the fact to keep the door closed. Thank you! Their office staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I had seen commercials on TV for Thrasher Foundation Repair. I gave them a call and ever sense then have been very happy that I did. The sales rep who came out to my home was very professional and thorough. Their system they provide for a waterproofing solution was very unique and unlike any others I had seen. I was well informed  on everything that was going on before and during the process of the work being done. I am still very pleased with how my basement turned out.
