I am very satisfied with the completed installation and the clean-up that followed the installation. The Installation Crew was very considerate and confident. The Design specialist and the presentation was very thorough. The knowledge of the office team was very helpful and pleasant. I did not have any references, I just got lucky. With all of the rain we have not had a drop of water in the basement!

Your installation completely stopped a problem we had for years. Water would seep into the outside window wells and we had to go out with a bucket and empty them.  The water would flow over the window sills and down the walls. Since your system was installed - NO MORE PROBLEM!  Dry walls and floors! Thanks again!

Leland was great! He is very professional and enthusiastic- very polite and knowledgeable about all aspects of the job he was to do. A very hard worker and seemed to relate well with his team. No debris was left behind- Everything was left as it was found! I really appreciated all the time that Doug, our Design Specialist, took to explain to me carefully what my particular situation needed. He used pictures, diagrams, and examples which really helped me get the big picture. The book you give out was very helpful to help understand the job. Also, I appreciated all the time he took taking pictures & studying the 'lay of the land' so to speak. It gave me a sense of confidence that the project was so carefully planned out before the actual work was done.
