Your service technician is very professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and neat. Along with that the service technician explained everything very well. There is nothing that could be done differently. The office staff is very polite, well spoken and have a pleasant voice. Following up with what i have done to my basement after the installation-  I have painted the floor. I would recommend Adirondack Basement Systems.

"Doug was very thorough and very clear.  He answered all my questions when he visited my house and he quickly and clearly answered follow-up email and voicemail questions.  Chris and his crew were polite, professional, and hard-working.  The crew worked hard and carefully, and left the basement in excellent condition.  The landing at the top of the basement stairs could have been cleaned better.  I should note that my basement is/was clay/mud and the work crew was very careful.  Chris and his crew were VERY polite, VERY informative, and they worked very hard and carefully.  They were willing to explain and discuss what they were doing and why they were doing it."

5 stars !!!   As I said though, we really can't   judge  until a  flood !!  😄😂🤣😀Below is a review I just posted on the google reviews attached to your site.  Very happy with the final results.Our house turned 100 years old this year and was beginning to show signs of hitting the century mark. We have been spared the past several years of having water in the basement due to the lack of big time winter snowfalls and the springtime melt that follows. As we approach age 70 we decided we no longer wish to worry about having to wear boots in the basement to do our laundry should we have another wet season in the future ! Looks GREAT but we can never truly judge until we have some seriously wet weather ! In the meantime here are our thoughts.From our initial contact with the office staff we were impressed. We met with design specialist Jon Roz who spent well over 2 informative hours with us covering all options and costs with us in detail. NO pressure at all. Despite being a little more than we planned on spending we went with the complete package of a new concrete floor, drainage system, sump pump with battery backup, clean white wall system and a high tech dehumidifier. Zach and his work crew were on time each day and got right to work on arrival. Very good at keeping us up to date throughout the process. Crew was polite at all times. Adirondack Basements runs an efficient and no nonsense operation in our opinion. Some have questioned the cost of these projects but in our opinion we paid for not only a cleaner looking, drier basement but for PEACE OF MIND ! Well worth our investment. If we stay in our home we have a nice spot, should we sell someday this will certainly enhance our asking price.

Mike came and serviced my dehumidifier.  He explained the service, and was very informative.  You're office is also excellent. They're very courteous and friendly. I'm grateful that the moisture and mildew smell is GONE!  The air is more fresh in basement and i love the idea of not emptying buckets of water from a dehumidifier! I would definitely recommend your company!

Very much impressed by product presentation and followup information from initial meeting with the designer. I was very satisfied with the efficient and quick turn-around time. The crew took their time cleaning up to ensure all dirt and debris was cleaned up. The installation crew Sean and Andrew were very courteous. The design Specialist was very thorough and did not try to over sell me, he met out basic needs. The office team was very good to their knowledge and very well with customer service. The top two reasons for picking Adirondack Basement Systems is due to their knowledge and experience.
