I am very satisfied with the job that was done for me. The installation crew was very good workers, they did a really good job. The office staff was courteous and competent. I thought the salesman was knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection. The installation crew was very careful with our shrubbery, did a good job with clean-up. I chose All-Dry over other companies because of their prompt response with a good product and installation. The total installation of the anchors has stabilized the foundation and that relieves my concerns for my home.

It appears that you did a very good job. I never met any of the installers but I talked to the foreman on the phone-very professional. We had a really good experience with the office staff other than the final payment mix-up. The salesman was knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. The reason why we chose All-Dry was because of the recommendation we got from an engineering firm in Asheville, and also because of the excellent initial discussions and subsequent follow-up conversations. The salesman was always polite, informative, and accessible by phone!! The only problem was trying to ensure you received your payment, but most of this was out of any control -- my apologies!!!

The representative, Mike Lee, was on time and honest about our needs. He did a great job. The two reasons we chose All-Dry over another company was because of Mike Lee and ......wait...that's both of them! The installation crew arrived early. These guys were the BEST!!! Hard working and courteous. The cleanup was great, way beyond my expectations. Your whole company was great! I feel a lot better about the house now that the foundation is stabilized.
