This Jacksonville, NC homeowner contacted our office concerned about the safety and structural integrity of their home. Large cracks were visible on the exterior brick foundation as well as around the windows and doors inside the home. After our team provided a free, thorough foundation assessment, it was decided to install our Helical Pier system to permanently stabilize the home. Helical piers were driven deep into stable soil layers, where they provide strong support. These piers were screwed into the ground using helical-shaped plates, which distribute the home's weight evenly and prevent further settling. Once in place, they lift and secure the foundation, restoring stability to the structure. With the Helical Piers installed, the homeowner now has peace of mind that their home is permanently stabilized and secure!

Herb contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because of possible pier settlement in the crawl space as he was having sagging floors and crack above the door ways of the home. By installing the SmartJack System we are able to lift and stabilize the piers in the crawl space of the home.

As a result of excessive moisture in this customers crawl space, the floor joists became damaged and weak that caused the floor above to sag. To lift, level, and stabilize the sagging floor, we installed our SmartJack System.
