This home's foundation became unstable due to settlement problems. Our crew installed foundation piers for permanent stabilization to resolve this issue. 

Michael noticed a few cracks in the wall inside of his home. He contacted Southeast Foundation & received our expert opinion. The home was built in 1976 and the foundation was being supported by the classic *block and wood* method. Throughout the years the home started to settle and started showing signs of settlement on the interior and exterior. 

This customer's uneven floor was caused by moisture damage to the floor joists in the crawl space, so SmartJack Support Posts were installed to lift, level, and permanently stabilize the floor.
