This Merritt, NC homeowner contacted our office looking for a permanent solution for their unlevel, bouncy floor problem. Our team thoroughly assessed the foundation and crawl space and discovered the support columns in the crawl space were compromised and no longer supporting the weight of the home. To lift, level, and stabilize the floor, we installed our SmartJack Crawl Space Support Posts.

To permanently restore and stabilize this customers settling slab foundation, we installed our Slab Pier System. 

Using NexusPro sealant, we provided long-lasting flexibility and weather resistance for a crack in this homeowner's concrete porch slab.
