Bill contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because after Hurricane Florence the front porch of his home had started to sink due to washed out dirt underneath it. Our crew installed the PolyLevel Injection System. The PolyLevel System uses a specially- engineered two- part expanding foam that we can use to permanently lift and restore sunken concrete. PolyLevel Foam Injection & NexusPro Crack Sealant leveled and sealed a cracked and uneven concrete driveway in Carolina Shores, NC.

In order to lift, level, and seal cracks in this concrete driveway, the crew injected PolyLevel foam and NexusPro Sealant. TrenchDrain was installed to replace a trench in the driveway that had started sinking. 

A settlement of the soil caused the concrete slab of this homeowner's front patio to sink, resulting in cracks and gaps.A concrete surface's stability is determined by the soil beneath it.Sunken and uneven concrete surfaces can result from the weight of concrete and what it supports, combined with natural soil erosion.In order to lift the concrete slab back to its original position, we injected PolyLevel beneath the concrete. This helped to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface.

Using PolyLEVEL for stabilization and lift, along with NexusPro crack repair solution, we diverted surface water away from this concrete slab.
