William contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about high moisture levels and wanted to find the best solution to make his home healthier for years to come. We where able to assist William by installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. The CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System uses a patented Liner that is manufactured in a 7 layer high density, low density polyethylene with 2 layers of polyester cord reinforcement. William is happy with the Healthiness of his crawl space now that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System.

Susan contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about the high humidity in the crawl space of her home in Ether, NC. We where able to fix the high humidity issue in the crawl space by installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. The CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System works by sealing off the crawl space from water sources from the outside and the water vapor that comes into the crawl space from the ground. By sealing off the crawl space and installing a dehumidifier we are able to completely get rid of sources that cause high humidity.
