Jill contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair from seeing our logoed cars at the Dublin Raceway. Jill had HVAC problem and wanted to have her crawl space encapsulated before having the HVAC come out and fix the duct work of the home. SEFR was able to help Jill out with encapsulating her home with our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. After having the CleanSpace Encapsulation System installed this custom crawl space door was installed at this home in Dunn, NC.

Andy contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because the had moisture issues along with standing water in the crawl space of his home in Dunn, NC. Southeast Foundation inspector RJ Bailey met with Andy and found that the best solution would be to install the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. The crawl space was encapsulated with 20 mil CleanSpace Liner, SilverGlo was installed along the perimeter of the foundation walls along with installing the SmartSump and Sedona to keep the crawl space nice and dry.
