A homeowner in Whiteville, NC, faced moisture issues in their crawl space that were causing problems in the upper levels of their home. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin Edwards met with Milton to go over the crawl space. Justin found that Milton's issues were coming from high moisture in the crawl space which had started to break down the wood. Our crew lead by Larry Eldridge installed the Smart Jack System to stabilize and raise the floors of the home along with installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to dry out and to keep moisture at bay which had cause the concerning issues, to begin with. We eliminated this homeowners nasty moisture problem in their crawl space by first removing all the debris, treating the area for mold, sealing off the crawl space vents and installing our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System throughout the area as well as installing a condensate pump and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. 

Michael noticed mold in the crawl space of his home so he called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair. Our inspector RJ Bailey met with Michael and found that he did in fact have mold growth in the crawl space. RJ recommended installing our CleanSpace Encapsulation System as mold thrives on a humid place to live and grow. By eliminating a high moisture content in the crawl space we are able to get rid of the mold.
