We repaired the moisture-damaged subfloor using new materials to ensure structural integrity and prevent further damage.

A Fayetteville, NC homeowner contacted our office for a free crawl space inspection after noticing signs of moisture damage in their subfloor and joists. Upon inspection, we discovered extensive damage caused by moisture issues in the crawl space.

We removed the damaged wood and replaced it with new lumber, sistered the joists to reinforce the structure, and addressed the moisture issues to prevent future damage.

To protect this home from water pooling around the foundation and the risk of basement flooding, we buried a downspout with a LawnScape Outlet. The outlet lays flush to the ground to prevent tripping or mowing hazards. 

After removing the wet debris and water from this customers crawl space, we installed a high-quality sump pump and encapsulated it using our CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. 

Our crew installed an interior drainage system in this customer's crawl space to ensure The drainage system is designed to capture any water that enters the crawl space, preventing it from damaging the subfloor and other parts of the structure. This improved the structural integrity of the home and avoided costly repairs.
