Mark contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawlspace Repair about cracks down the exterior of his office building in Wilmington, NC.

Maurice, one of our design specialists, inspected the building. Maurice proposed to Mark having push piers placed in the grown to raise the foundation and help with the exterior cracks.

Our crew led by Austin H., installed the Push Piers in the exact places that was drawn by the design specialist.

Mark was thrilled with the work SEFR did to help with maintaining a healthy work environment for himself and his staff.

We sealed this customers crawl space off from outside elements using our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System. 

We installed SilverGlo Thermal Insulation on the crawl space walls to improve energy efficiency and maintain a consistent temperature, while the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was added to control humidity levels and prevent moisture-related issues like mold and mildew.

The CleanSpace system keeps a crawl space dry by creating a durable barrier that prevents moisture from entering. It seals the floor and walls, blocking water vapor and reducing humidity levels. This helps prevent mold, mildew, and structural damage, ensuring a clean, dry, and protected space.
