This nasty crawl space was a breeding ground for mold and needed to be repaired. So, we fully encapsulated the crawl space which sealed it from water vapor and helped regulate the interior temperature.

This formerly damp and sagging crawl space got a brand new look and feel after receiving our CleanSpace encapsulation system and SmartJack floor-stabilizing system. This home's floors were permanently and instantly stabilized and lifted back to original position. The crawl space is now healthy, protected, and dry for years to come.

Our crew installed a CleanSpace wall system to this formerly damp and humid basement. The poorly protected crawl space under this home had major moisture problems. We cleared out the failing insulation and plastic covering and replaced it with SilverGlo thermal wall insulation and a CleanSpace vapor barrier. This wrapped and sealed crawl space will now keep moisture out of the air drying out the air and keeping the temperature more consistent.
