This Burlington, NC crawl space was showing signs of moisture intrusion and exposed ground, creating the perfect environment for humidity, mold growth, and structural concerns. To fully protect the home, our team installed a comprehensive waterproofing solution.

We began with a durable vapor barrier to encapsulate the crawl space floor, sealing out ground moisture and helping regulate humidity levels. A high-performance sump pump system was installed to actively remove any water entering the space, along with a battery backup system to ensure continued protection during power outages.

To further improve air quality and control excess humidity, we added the powerful SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier designed specifically for crawl spaces and basements.

With encapsulation, active water removal, backup protection, and professional-grade dehumidification in place, this home now has a cleaner, healthier, and more protected crawl space built to perform year-round.

This basement was experiencing issues with moisture and humidity. The existing sump pump was failing to effectively remove collected water and needed an upgrade. Our crew removed the old pump and installed an UtraSump. This system is top-of-the-line and complete with battery backup to ensure that it will function even during a power outage!

This formerly wet and humid crawl space got a brand new look with our CleanSpace encapsulation system. Complete with drainage matting, sealed vents, buried downspouts, and (of course) our ultra-durable CleanSpace vapor barrier- moisture and humidity no longer stand a chance against this crawl space!

Our team replaced a customer's moisture-damaged wooden crawl space door with our EverLast crawl space door. The EverLast door is made from durable, waterproof materials that resist mold and rot, ensuring long-lasting protection. It also features a secure seal to prevent pests and outside air from entering the crawl space, improving overall energy efficiency and indoor air quality.

Water seepage and failing plastic barriers were ruining the fiberglass insulation and allowing mold growth to run rampant. We cleaned out the messy crawl space and installed a durable vapor barrier which will not rip and a smart drain to ease the water seepage issues.
