The concrete slab poured under this car port outside of this home had begun to sink. It was sloping down around the doorway and water was getting through. We used PolyLevel to lift and stabilize the slab, then we waterproofed the edge with WaterGuard to make sure that rainwater would not be able to sit or get under the slab around the door.
The steps on the front porch of this home had been completely displaced. The resulting trip hazard and ugly appearance of the porch steps needed to be fixed. We repaired the steps by injecting PolyLevel underneath to lift and stabilize it. Then, we sealed the crack along the back with NexusPro which bound it together and waterproofed the seal.
Dirt settlement and erosion was affecting this concrete porch. It was beginning to sink and shift away from the home, but we were able to level this slab out with our PolyLevel foam.
Sinking and cracking began to push this concrete carport away from the house. We listed it back into place and sealed the cracks to protect it from further damage.
Concrete driveways crack and shift over time as the dirt beneath them becomes displaced. Here, a section of the homeowner’s driveway had substantial cracking and sunken slabs. We were hired to apply our PolyLevel and NexusPro products to lift and repair the damage. This is the result!
