This home owner was having to sqeegee off his back porch after every rain because the dip in the concrete allowed for standing water. Luckily we got a crew out to him and leveled the slab with poly while still maintaining enough slope to run water away from the base of his home.

Water leaks plagued this basement. The before photo demonstrates how our waterproofing looks during installation and makes it easy to visualize how water will flow into the sump pump. Once it’s finished the floor is flush and ready to stay dry.

The block walls of this underground garage were flowing with water. This water intrusion was pooling up inside the garage, so we installed our patented interior waterproofing solution to eliminate the problem.

Drainage around this home was causing minor issues with water seepage. We installed buried downspouts to help increase the effectiveness of the home's exterior drainage.
