Mold and must was a big problem for this home's basement. The water leakage had started to be a practical issue, so we were hired to waterproof it. We ran our patented WaterGuard and TripleSafe sump pump around the perimeter to catch and expel water before it enters the home.

This Lexington, NC home was facing clear signs of water intrusion and long-term moisture damage evident from the rotting wood, discolored walls, and mildew growth in the crawlspace area. The symptoms included musty odors, potential mold risks, and deterioration of the wooden framing.

To stop the moisture at its source and protect the home’s structure, we installed a professional waterproofing system and full encapsulation. The transformation is visible in the clean, sealed surfaces and newly poured drainage trench, creating a dry and protected environment.

This Lexington, NC basement was showing clear signs of structural stress along the block walls, including inward bowing, long horizontal cracks, and moisture staining. These issues typically occur when outside soil pressure pushes against the foundation over time, weakening the wall and increasing the risk of future movement or failure.

To permanently stabilize the foundation, our team installed CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcement Straps, a high-strength carbon fiber system designed to support bowing walls without invasive reconstruction. After prepping the wall surface and sealing visible cracks, each strap was secured tightly to the wall to provide immediate reinforcement and prevent any further inward movement.

The result is a stronger, safer foundation with long-term protection allowing the homeowner to confidently use their basement space without worrying about ongoing structural damage.

Efflorescence covered the block walls in this basement that indicated water seepage. This intrusion raised the humidity and risked flooding and increased wall cracking. We waterproofed the entire perimeter with WaterGuard and our TripleSafe sump pump.

The TripleSafe Sump Pump was installed to ensure the customer's basement remains dry by providing three levels of protection against water intrusion. This system includes a primary pump for normal conditions, a secondary pump for heavy water flow or primary pump failure, and a battery backup pump to handle power outages. Together, these features offer comprehensive protection against flooding and water damage.
