A LawnScape Outlet was installed at the end of the customer's discharge line to provide a clean and functional outlet for water drainage. This outlet allows water to flow out into a designated area, without causing erosion or pooling. It helps manage water runoff efficiently to keep this home flood free. 

The lack of a proper vapor barrier in this crawl space assisted in increasing the humidity and increasing the risk of mold growth. To start combatting the high humidity inside this crawl space, we Installed our patented CleanSpace vapor barrier designed for this challenge.

The problems that this thin black plastic created inside of this crawl space is very commonplace. This barrier rips easily and provides little resistance against water vapor. So, we installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier, that is durable and designed for crawl spaces, along with our SaniDry dehumidifying air system.

Our solution to this flooded crawl space was to install our StarPipe drainage system paired with a TripleSafe Sump Pump. With these two high-performance waterproofing products, water doesn't stand a chance in this crawl space! 

A dirt and cement crawl space that went from a dirty storage space to a clean and protected part of the home. With the installed vapor barrier this crawl space is much more likely to have consistent temperatures, and far less likely to experience mold growth.
