Water was leaking into this basement at the wall/floor joint. We installed our WaterGuard Drainage System around the perimeter of the basement to collect water and direct it to the sump pump to be removed from the basement. This eliminates the possibility of this customers basement from ever having to deal with a wet basement again. 

In the event this water heater ever leaks, our TrenchDrain system will capture the water and redirect it to the interior drainage system to be pumped out of the basement via discharge line. 

Water damage and flooding had wrecked this crawl space. Torn insulation was everywhere, and the high humidity was facilitating rampant mold growth. We cleaned out the crawl space and encapsulated the entire area. These products keep water out and protects the air quality of the crawl space.

This commercial application of our PolyLevel and NexusPro products was a quick and clean concrete leveling job. The concrete slab behind this business had sank and cracked over the years and in time would have cause more property damage.

Unprotected and unreliable, this crawl space caused more problems then it solved. We installed our vapor barrier and dehumidifier to rid it of water evaporation and lower the humidity levels. We also supported the floor above with SmartJacks on steel beam supports to keep the floor from sagging and cracking.
