This formerly damp and moldy basement got a brand new look and feel with our CleanSpace wall system. After treating and removing all mold, the walls were then sealed with our CleanSpace. Made from a 20mil thick, 7-layer polyethylene composition, our CleanSpace is the most durable vapor barrier on the market. Paired with WaterGuard, our interior subfloor drainage system - moisture nor mold stand a chance in this basement now. 

Keeping this crawl space dry was not emergency but rather, a precaution. The homeowner knew that the older the house gets the more likely mold growth and complications from humidity are likely to arise. To combat this, we installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier and SaniDry dehumidifier to keep the air dry.
