The CleanSpace Liner was permanently fastened to the crawl space walls to prevent moisture from passing through. BONUS: CleanSpace is made of a special material that is resistant to mold growth and mildew. 

In Reidsville, NC, a homeowner reached out with concerns about sealing their dirt crawl space from the-elements. Initially, as you can see from the “before” photo, the area was exposed and vulnerable. However, we transformed this space with our CleanSpace system, evident in the after photo - creating a fully sealed and defended environment. This not only solved the homeowner’s issue but ensures a reliable and long-lasting protection.

This crawl space needed to be encapsulated to lower the humidity and keep moisture out. We cleared the nasty crawl space and installed CleanSpace vapor barrier and our SaniDry dehumidifier. This sealed the area keeps the air dry.

Here, our expert team installed a WaterGuard drainage structure, UltraSump pump, and CleanSpace Wall System in a basement that was experiencing water coming through the walls each time it rained. Our top-of-the-line solutions will drain any water away from the house, keep the basement dry, and protect the walls from any water vapor in the ground. 

The raised dimples on our CleanSpace Drainage Matting give water flooding into the crawl space a channel underneath the CleanSpace Liner. The water is then directed to the crawl space drain.
