We installed our regular interior perimeter waterproofing system for this basement. Seen in the after picture is a TripleSafe sump pump equipped with an UltraSump 4 battery back up, fresh concrete poured over WaterGuard drains, and CleanSpace walls. 

This part of the basement seen in the attached photos was wet and leaky before we cleaned it up. We installed our WaterGuard subfloor drainage system in this area in order to channel water to the SuperSump sump pump, as seen in the after photo. We also wrapped this entire basement with our CleanSpace vapor barrier in order to brighten the area and keep it smelling fresh. 

A returning customer who recently purchased a home in the Montgomery - Cincinnati, OH, area asked us to inspect their basement and crawl space. Noticing a crack below a leaky window, we recommended a new window drainage system and a sump pump replacement. We installed a WellDuct window drain over the crack below the window, a WaterGuard subfloor drainage system, a BrightWall panel to cover up the window drain, and upgraded their old sump pump to our reliable TripleSafe system. After seeing our commercial on TV, this homeowner in Cincinnati, OH, realized that he was experiencing some of the problems displayed in our advertisement. The homeowner had a 115 year old home with a stone foundation that leaked often, so we got to waterproofing it. We installed a full perimeter interior waterproofing solution with our subfloor drainage system and a sump pump. The icing on the cake though, is our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the walls. This vapor barrier tucks into our WaterGuard system, allowing us to drain moisture behind the uneven stone wall. The walls are also made of an inorganic, antimicrobial material, so they will never smell.

This homeowner called us because noticed musty odors in their basement shortly after purchasing their home. They suspected that they were going to need a new waterproofing system, since they wanted to finish their basement as well. We told them it would be wise to install a waterproofing system, and that we could finish their basement for them with all of our 100% moisture proof products. They really liked how all of our products worked together, so they gave us the go ahead to finish the basement as well. After waterproofing with our interior perimeter subfloor drainage system and our TripleSafe sump pump system, we then began on finishing. We started by removing all the furring strips, and then installing our Basement to Beautiful insulation panels. These insulation panels are waterproof and will help drain water to the subfloor drains as well. These panels will also help the homeowners save lots of money on energy bills. We then installed our Everlast wall panels over the insulation panels to give the walls a finished look. Everlast walls are waterproof as well, and are easily washable thanks to their vinyl finish. We then installed the new floors with our ThermalDry Elite Plank flooring system. These planks look like well refined wood, but are made of inorganic material making them completely waterproof. They also have pegs that raise them off of the concrete floor, providing better insulation and a path for moisture to drain through. We finally added some trim, did some electrical work, and installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to top it all off.
