This homeowner in Leesburg, Ohio needed an upgrade for their old, unreliable sump pump that couldn’t keep up during heavy rains. The existing system had only one pump, so if it failed or lost power, water could easily back up into the basement. We replaced it with our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which offers three layers of protection for total peace of mind. The primary pump handles everyday drainage, a secondary pump automatically activates if the first one can’t keep up, and a third, battery-powered pump provides backup protection during power outages. With this system in place, the homeowner now has a fully reliable waterproofing solution that keeps their basement dry no matter the weather.
This crawl space was in need of a vapor barrier, combined with a new waterproofing system. We installed CleanSpace matting and drainage, as well as a Ultra Sump 4. SilverGlo insulation was installed as well, which well help this customer save money on energy bills.
This homeowner called us because the last contractor they hired did not do a good enough job to properly protect their basement from water. They claimed, "There is only one small sump pump and they should have put a larger one in or at least another one." They called us this time because they knew we would do it right because they heard about us from a friend. We added our WaterGuard drains under the floor of the basement, all around the perimeter. We then hooked them up to our TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe is strong enough to handle extreme amounts of water because it has a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a battery backed up sump. Safe to say these homeowners are done looking for a waterproofing contractor to get it right.
This home had a crawl space that had moisture issues and it was not very well insulated. We encapsulated using our CleanSpace vapor barrier and our SilverGlo insulation panels. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona to dehumidify, and a SmartPump to pump out water. The result is a well functioning crawl space that will save the homeowners money down the road on their energy bills and costly wood repairs.
This crawl space in West Harrison, IN, was far too nasty for the inhabitants of the home to bare. Above the space, on the first level of the home, were very bad smells. Also, the moldy fiberglass insulation caused allergic reactions for the homeowners, especially during the wettest and hottest days of the year. To improve the air quality throughout the rest of the home, we suggested our encapsulation system. First, we tore out all the moldy fiberglass insulation in the ceiling of the space. To replace the fiberglass, we wrapped the walls with our SilverGlo insulation panels, and we also injected spray foam insulation into the rim joists. To wrap up the project, no pun intended, we encapsulated the entire space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier, which will negate moisture entirely, improving the air quality and the smell of the rest of the home.
