This front stoop in Maineville, Ohio had settled a few inches over time, creating visible gaps between the concrete slab and the two front porch pillars. You can see these gaps highlighted by the red circles in the before photo. Using our PolyLevel system, we carefully lifted and leveled the slab back into place, eliminating the separation completely. PolyLevel is lightweight, won’t shrink, and compacts the soil beneath the concrete for lasting stability. The process is fast, clean, and minimally invasive—leaving this entryway safe, level, and looking like new again.
This sunken stoop in Milford, OH, needed to be raised for several reasons. First, the high step posed a potential tripping hazard. Additionally, the uneven stoop and sidewalk created an unsightly appearance. Raising the sidewalk also meant less dirt accumulation, reducing the need for frequent sweeping. Using our PolyLevel foam, we lifted and leveled both the stoop and the connecting sidewalk, then sealed the joints and gaps for a seamless finish.
This stoop had settled about nine inches into the ground at its lowest part. We raised and leveled the stoop and connecting sidewalk to make for a seamless stroll. You can see how far we raised the stoop by looking at the highlighted area in the before picture, and comparing that gap to the same area in the after photo. Thanks to our quick curing PolyLevel foam, the homeowners were able to use their sidewalk again almost immediately after we left. Not too shabby for a job completed in less than an hour or two.
This homeowner called us regarding a porch that was sinking. We used PolyLevel injections to resolve the problems for the homeowner. PolyLevel Foam is able to raise concrete slabs on sidewalks, driveways, and porches. Small holes are drilled into the concrete, and then the PolyLevel foam is injected under the concrete to be raised. The PolyLevel Foam fills the voids underneath the concrete slab and raises it up. The hole that was drilled into the concrete was patched, and the porch will be ready to walk on again in about 15 minutes. Note how the gap is closed between the siding on the home and then concrete slab.
In Dayton, OH, we leveled an interior bedroom slab using PolyLevel foam. The gap between the baseboard and the floor in the most uneven part of the home became totally flush by the end of the project, creating a smoother, more even surface that feels solid underfoot. The homeowner was very happy afterwards, and even left us a review.
