Cleveland Basement Systems installed three very important, reliable and patented products to protect this basement from water damage. The WaterGuard drainage channel will catch moisture from the walls and floor to empty into the sump pump. The TripleSafe is a three-pump system that will eject up to 6,000 gallons of water an hour away from the house and even work during a power outage. Lastly, the CleanSpace wall covering provided a bright, clean appearance but will work as a powerful vapor barrier to resist mold growth. These comprehensive waterproofing systems will work together to keep this basement dry and healthy!

A homeowner kept having trouble with a leaky basement crack. They attempted to repair it before with DIY epoxy sealant, but it kept leaking. Cleveland Basement Systems permanently repaired this leaky wall crack by installing FlexiSpan. FlexiSpan is a flexible, three-part adhesive that is installed on the crack to direct water into a dry well. FlexiSpan is not affected by hydrostatic pressure or wall movement due to it's malleable features.
