We installed a WaterGuard Interior Drainage System to waterproof this space. WaterGuard is installed beneath the floor to capture water seepage at the floor/wall joint. Once installed, WaterGuard is nearly invisible! This homeowner is so glad he no longer has to worry about water getting in to his basement!

Moisture was seeping from the walls in this basement. We solved this problem with a CleanSpace Wall System. CleanSpace is our 20mil thick, tear-proof vapor barrier.
