Steve H, in Hamilton has an old house in the center of the city. The house was built with a block basement that has been leaking. Omni Basement Systems recommended a full perimeter waterproofing system with a Sump pump.
Omni Basement Systems installed their patented WaterGuard interior drainage system that goes under the basement floor. This drainage system drains down into a sump pump system called the SuperSump.
the SuperSump features the amazing Zoeller M63 pump, a sealed lid and a waterwatch alarm.
to make sure there is no moisture in the walls, Omni installed Delta MS Drainage matting.
Prior to waterproofing, the team used a product that instantly kills mold. This Product is called MoldX2. When sprayed on the wood with mold, the mold will instantly disappear. 

Brenda in Hamilton needed some waterproofing and installed the amazing Triplesafe sump pump system. The Triplesafe has 2 discharge lines. the second line is for redundancy  in the case that the first line becomes compromised. The discharge lines both have an Iceguard to prevent the line from freezing. 

Scott has a house in Hamilton, on that is pured concrete. Just like all of his neighbors, Scott has a crack in the foundation that is leaking. 

Keith recommended the Flexispan wall crack repair. Flexispan will stay flexible for the life of the home so that it will never leak. Just to make sure there is never any water on the floor from the repair, the floor is opened up and the repair products are drained down under the floor. 

A rest home in Hamilton, On has an old stone foundation. This foundation type is prone to having very wet walls and floor. Omni Basement Systems along with an engineeering firm came up with a system to waterproof this old building. The engineer drawings were sent to the city and a permit was granted. 
THe products used is 3" drain tile along with Delta MS membrane to drain the walls. The system drains down to our SuperSump sump pump system which features a sealed lid and the incredible Zoeller M53 sump pump. 

Bill has a home in Hamilton with a leaking block foundation., Omni Basement Systems came out to propose an interior drainage system call Waterguard. Waterguard is installed below the basement floor and collects the water from the block walls through weep holes installed in the block. The water is then drain into a Supersump with a Tuff Top lid. The system is extremely quiet and efficient. Bill couldn't be happier.
