Michael has a crack in his basement. The crack comes down from the corner of the window which is the most common location for wall cracks. Our custoemr in Stoney Creek had a Sump pit hidden in a clet in their basmeent and because it didnt have a sealed lid, it emitted moisture in the air which could make the closet moldy.
