 Nick in Beamsville had a damp crawlspace with a poor vapor barrier. Omni basement Systems did a repair and added Cleanspace vapor barrier which has a 25 year warranty and is sealed against all walls and pillars. This along with vent covers, will dry the air in the crawlspace, protecting the wood framing above. 

Mike has a house with an addition. The Addition has a dirt floor crawlspace that was not insulated. Omni Basement Systems added  SilverGlow Insulation and a vapour barrier called Cleanspace. The Cleanspace is made of 20mil thick poly and it is 7 layers in total. There is a layer called Ultrafresh that is anti-microbial which will deter mold growth. 

Amanda in Innerkip has a crawlspace attached to her basement that needed to be sealed with a vapor barrier called Cleanspace. Cleanspace liner is 20mil thick and has 7 layers. One of the layers is the cord reinforcement so the liner will never come off the wall and will not separate by crawling over it. After this is installed, the area can be conditioned with a dehumidifier. 

This Delhi customer called us in to do a complete overhaul of their damp crawlspace. They had water on their floor as well as other moisture concerns.

Omni came in and cleaned, insulated and waterproofed the entire space.

We installed our SaniDry CX which drains directly into our SuperSump and is pumped outside, keeping the space nice and dry. We also insulated and sealed it off with our complete CleanSpace encapsulation System

Keith & Joanne wanted  a clean, dry space to store their summer outdoor furniture. Part of the process was to have a custom door made for the entrance way. Also they need a drain to the sump sytem to stop water from building up at the door. 

Omni basement made a custom entrance door using the Everlast door panel. The door had to be custom fit for this crawlspce. They also added a drain that goes directly to the sump pump.
