From the amazing customer service (Jocelyn and Cindy) to the actual repair we were so happy with Omni and honestly was the first name that popped in my head when we found the crack. Phill explained everything and the 2 men that came to do the fix (Cody and Marco) were so professional and kept the house so clean during the fix (not an easy task when you are cutting through concrete). Will definitely be recommending your services to anyone that I know that finds themselves in the same situation we ended up in.

Extremely amazing job. The installation crew were very good, friendly and worked well together. The pffice staff was very friendly, and the clean up was very well done.  The peace of mind from doing this is amazing- well worth the investment.

The crew has just departed after completing  the work on my basement.  I will reiterate , the three were very neat  diligent workers  & they left everything  nice & tidy.  It will be my pleasure to recommend your company to anyone unfortunate enough to have a leaking basement. Needless to say it is always unexpected and never a welcomed situation but you are the people to solve the problem.

We had a great experience with Omni. We lived in Dundas and our basement was consistently wet after melt and heavy rain. We had a sump pump installed and the crew did an amazing job. They worked so hard and completed the job on time. They left the basement so clean. The work that they did was done very neatly and efficiently. We are extremely happy!
