Annual maintenance of my sump pump system. 

We had a vertical crack in our basement foundation that was leaking. We have used Clarke Basement Systems in the past, so we know their work is good. Ali came to fix it quickly and professionally on the scheduled date. He was very polite the whole time he was here.

Called Clarke to fix my crawl space after rodents had infested and caused some damage. Jose & Trevor were great and professional. I was really impressed with the quality of the work, especially after being afraid that no one would take the job because it was so gross down there. There was a quick follow-up issue that needed to be resolved and they came the very next day. Top notch service and quality. Would definitely use them again, although I hope I never have to.

We would like to let you know that your company present high standard of business practices. From receptionist to professional visiting  (Ron Monk in our case). All are helpful ,friendly and with an extra human touch which we really appreciated. Your info. packages sent prior to the schedule visit is of helpful ,so people can ask relevant questions. Ron was punctual, had called to confirm appointment time prior to the visit. He was courteous knowledgeable and professional through out the visit, paying attention to minor details. He was patient and friendly in explaining /answering questions. He was able to pin point the problem source in timely fashion. All in all,Ron's visit,the whole dealing with your company are pleasant and impressive.

Lucio, Dimitry and Dustin did an exceptional job encapsulating our crawl space in downtown Toronto. Almost immediately, our indoor air quality felt improved. Our home is approximately 130 years old and our basement crawl space had never been cleaned or encapsulated. The space had feces etc. and was accessible to animals through the ground. The crew arrived at our home and was very clean, organized and quiet. In fact, one of our household members slept through the work being done and was not disturbed. The crew cleaned up after their work was complete and you could not even tell they were here. They were friendly and communicated everything to us effectively. All of the staff followed the covid-19 health regulations. The staff were very respectful of us, our home and one another. We really recommend Clarke’s to anyone who needs work done. Overall, the company is very great and well organized. It felt like everyone we spoke to was an owner of the company as they seemed to really CARE about doing a good job. Everyone we talked to was incredibly kind, thoughtful and helpful. Thank you!

Dustin and Andrew did a great job waterproofing our 120 year old basement and converting our dank cinder block cold room into a usable storage space. They were punctual, efficient, looked out for our stuff, and worked with our electrician to optimize some wiring needs. Would recommend them without hesitation.

Lucio and Russell spent 2 days on a crawlspace encapsulation for my 1880's cottage - a very tight space over a dirt floor (not an easy task!). They were fantastic - fast, efficient, cleaned up well afterwards, shared pictures of progress, professional-all-around. Ron, the inspector who first assessed and quoted on the job, was knowledgeable and helpful in talking through the options. Felt like this project was in good hands from the beginning.

Lucio and Dimitry did a great job replacing our sump pump system with a triple-safe redundant system. These guys were very professional and worked incredibly cleanly (even though they were cutting concrete). They took the time to explain the system and discussed it's maintenance with me at the end. Very pleased with the service and the system.
