From the initial estimate, all of my questions were answered and the whole solution process was explained properly so I knew exactly what was going on every step of the way!! The Foundation Guys installed a Smart Jack system in my sagging crawlspace and voila! Good as new. I highly recommend this great company!

I had a basement encapsulation quoted about 18 months ago. At the time we weren't ready to commit, but when I called back, Alain remembered us and it was a seamless transaction. We didn't have to wait long to get the work done, the team (Junior, Romeo and Juanito) were prompt, pleasant and efficient. They were in and out of my 900 sq foot crawlspace in less than a day, including removal of some ancient relics that had been left down there by previous owners. They did a great job of cleaning up after the job was done too. I was super impressed with the work and it has made a huge difference for our household. Would definitely recommend!

I really appreciated the wonderful job my 2-man crew did. They were really clean, even though they hauled dozens of buckets of dirt and bricks and wood from my crawlspace. They gave me a complete picture of what was going on in the basement and helped me improve the original plan moving forward to meet my needs. I’m really happy about the work this far and look forward to part 2 of the work knowing they will add structural stability and add a no-fuss dehumidifying system in addition to making the upgrades to the crawlspace insulation that we discussed. The Foundation Guys made my crawlspace unrecognizable!!! It was damp, moldy and had some very unwanted critters roaming about, 2 days and the job was done!! I am extremely happy with their work!!

Everything was great from start to finish. Speaking to the appointment center was very polite and really tried to get someone out to my home quickly. As soon as the salesman was done looking at my house, he gave me my estimate right away!! I've never seen that before, I jumped on the opportunity and booked the job right away. The crew was extremely quick and professional, I had some questions during the installation process and they gladly answered every question. My favorite part was the cleanup, there was no dust, it was like they were never here!
