Mrs. Notman was having issues in her home in Oshawa, Ontario. She had several problems stemming from her home’s foundation. She decided to look on Google to find a solution when she stumbled upon our website. After seeing our various options for foundation repairs and previous jobs, she decided to fill out our request form. We promptly offered to come by for a free inspection and quote. Specialist George went to her home to inspect the problematic foundation. He concluded that the best option would be to do a complete foundation repair and basement waterproofing job. This would include 9 PowerBrace™ Foundation Wall Repair Systems, a GeoLock® Anchor, a SuperSump sump pump system, an IceGuard® Sump Pump Discharge Line System, a LawnScape™ Discharge Line Outlet System, some Foamax® Basement Wall Insulation, WaterGuard® Basement Drainage System, SentrySeal membrane, SilverGlo insulation, and CarbonArmor®. These products would work together to completely stabilize the foundation and waterproof the basement, as well as ensure the water is properly drained out of the basement and away from the foundation. Mrs. Notman accepted his proposal, and we scheduled a date for the installation. Our foreman Colin and his team headed to the home in Oshawa to complete the installation. They first installed all the waterproofing products, followed by all the foundation repair products. Mrs. Notman can now sleep soundly without worrying about foundation or water infiltration problems. Big thanks to our whole team at Basement Systems Toronto.
