This crawlspace was wet, dirty and inhospitable, but our team was geared up for the challenge. They cleaned and encapsulated the space and made it dry and healthy to provide cleaner air for the homeowner. 

This homes crawlspace was a mess. The homeowners knew they needed some help, so they reached out to John's Waterproofing for our Crawlspace Encapsulation. After some major cleanup and installation a full system, this crawlspace is now dry and healthy! 

This Crawlspace was encapsulated with CleanSpace along with a SmartSump sump pump and a SaniDry Sedona to keep this crawl space clean, dry and healthy for years to come. 

Fiberglass insulation holds onto water moisture and becomes an ideal place for mold spores to grow when it is left open to the elements. To insulate a crawlspace we recommend our encapsulation. This has Terrablock laid over the dirt floor, and either SilverGlo or Spray Foam along the foundation walls. 

This home had old fiberglass insulation in the crawlspace, but high humidity had caused it to sag and hold onto water. As the years passed this became mold spores, and an odd odor emerged in the living spaces above.
