This home had standing water in their previously finished basement. They mopped up what they could, but it just came back. They knew the drywall was getting damaged, and the linoleum floor was water damaged. To make the space healthy and usable, they would need some professional help. They called up John's Waterproofing for a one stop help.
We pulled out all of the damaged portions of the space, waterproofed the entire basement and refinished the space. The homeowners opted to paint the new drywall themselves, and the space is once again finished, this time with the benefit of waterproofing to protect the space.
Water is persistent, and this homes finished basement was molding. When the carpeting was pulled back mold was evident, and the homeowners knew they would need to get waterproofing. We installed a drain system with a sump pump, and refinished the space to keep it dry and healthy from here on out.
This homes basement had been finished, but the homeowners noticed an odd musty smell coming from the drywall. We ended up installing a full parameter drainage system with a SuperSump pump and EverLast wall system to ensure it would stay dry and healthy.
