It is nice to know there is a company out there that truly believes in professionalism, honesty and quality of work. Tim displayed all of these with flying colors and he earned our business. He went above and beyond and came back the next day to explain things to my husband who was not their our first meeting. That meant a lot to me and a lot to my husband.

In a word excellent. Nina at the call center was very polite and was able to answer my initial questions and schedule a time for Ryan to come out for an estimate. TerraFirma was able to provide the services that I need and Ryan was able to explain things in ways I could understand. The price seemed reasonable for the quality of service I needed and I felt that Ryan didn't need to do anything more to gain my trust or feel more comfortable. Ryan went above and beyond my expectations. We will be getting our service done through TerraFirma because they are the best in town.

We met your team at our neighbor’s house who was having work done on their driveway. We asked if they could look at our walkway. We were never scheduled; and they just added us to their day! We just wrote them a check and left! Before, we were considering repouring the whole walkway. The crew did a perfect job! They even left us a note on the door and they emailed pictures of the job. Great personal touch! Where could you get a better crew?!!

Josh from TerraFirma inspected our sinking patio slab. He showed us where the voids were below the concrete and gave us an estimate on the spot on how much it would cost to fix. The workmanship was great and the price was fair. Everyone I came in contact with at the company was professional and very courteous.

The fact TerraFirma is willing to do smaller projects makes me feel like I was being taken care of rather than just being sold a job. Bryan came out to inspect my property and was thorough with his inspection, made sure that he examined my sinking slab from all angles and gave a great presentation on the most effective way to fix the problem. Post completion TerraFirma asked me if there was anything I felt they could have done to make me feel more comfortable in proceeding with the work. My answer is Unfortunately, NO! I am very OCD so I am already worried about how the penny sized patched holes are going to stand out like a sore thumb on my driveway, However; I know that I will forget they are even there very soon :) My slabs are lifted and everything is back to a level plane.
