Initially we had two things that were our major hold up for not getting the project done in previous years. The first was we are constantly out of town and finding a time where we could have someone come out with both of us present and then be there for the actual installation, forget about it. And second making sure our insurance covered it. Insurance was a quick call the we just put off making, finding the time was a sinch with TerraFirma because they are so accommodating to our schedule. Josh was courteous enough to stay in touch even with our hectic schedule and find time to come out even on a Saturday. We were very impressed with Josh's knowledge and courtesy throughout the time we were in contact. For anyone looking for foundation repair, call TerraFirma and ask for Josh Anderson. I enjoyed one of the most rewarding business experiences I have had in a long time. Representatives Danny, Alex and Cam were very professional and cordial throughout the entire repair process. They were meticulous in their preparation and placement of protective barriers to preserve the cleanliness and integrity of our property and did everything they could to maintain that environment throughout the repair process. Since meeting with Josh and having TerraFirma stabilize our foundation, the cracks forming in our wall have closed up and we feel comfortable that our house is not sliding down the hillside any longer. A dedicated work crew has been hard at work on buttressing our retaining wall, here in the woods above Deer Island. Chad and his team have had to do without a power excavator because of the steep terrain. Can't say enough about how impressed I've been with their work ethic and dedication to the task under difficult circumstances.

I used to be a salesman that sold industrial supplies to your company. I scheduled an appointment for a free estimate and when Josh A. came to meet with me, he had the correct answers to all my questions and gave extra thought to all surroundings. Other companies that I got quotes from didn't seem as if they cared that much. When the guys showed up to do the work, they were on time, friendly and cleaned up when they were finished. I was in the industrial business for 26 years - your guys are guided well. Keep up what you are doing and your company will lead!

Larger project with many aspects to it. Not only was our foundation falling down the hillside, but I had sagging floors which needed to be stabilized. TerraFirma provided all of the services. I was so happy to find a company that could provide both foundation and waterproofing services so I didn't have to go back and forth between 2 contractors. We love Josh. He was just a normal guy that was very skilled in his craft through, I'm sure, many years of practice. The plan was only a couple hundred dollars over my budget, and I was glad to pay a little extra to get the best service around.
