This customer's kitchen floors became uneven because of rotted floor joists. Our permanent stabilization and lift included 8ft of steel supplemental beam and 3 SmartJack Support posts.

Using the CarbonArmor System, we permanently strengthened and stabilized this customers tilting foundation walls. 

In Latrobe, PA, this home's brick chimney began sinking, threatening the stability and safety of the entire structure. As you see in the 'before' photo, the risk to the foundation shouldn’t be taken lightly. That’s where our expertise came in. Using our engineered Helical Piers, we effectively transferred the home’s weight from the unstable strata to solid bedrock beneath, securing the home once again. In the 'after' photo, witness a renewed peace of mind, with complete stability restored and the chimney precisely where it should be—anchored and steadfast.

This customers foundation was beginning to sag. In order to stabilize and support the structure permanently, we installed steel supplemental beams and SmartJack Support Posts to span the whole length of the building. 

On this home we installed new exterior waterproofing.
