Joey, Gavin and Triston came to my house today for a water issue I was having in my basement. They were able to quickly identify the issue, offer a solution and remedy the problem.   With water entering the walls at both high and low points, as well as the cove (where the walls meet the floor), Chris determined that a full perimeter waterproofing system was needed in order to provide complete protection. This included the WaterGuard below-floor drain system to collect the water and a sump pump to actively discharge the water collected. 

Keystone Basement Systems has been great to work with so far. They came out to provide a fair quote quickly, were thorough with their explanation of the work, and were extremely patient with follow up questions. Rich and his crew were top tier in the water guard, sump pump and dehumidifier installation.
