This customer in Cambridge, MA was extremely upset seeing water on his basement floor. Turns out, his sump pump system was installed incorrectly from the previous company. Luckily for him, we do everything the correct way for the best results! Our team swapped out this faulty system with our TripleSafe sump pump, equipped with a primary, secondary and battery backup pump.

A customer in Roxbury, MA was aware how risky it can be to not own a waterproofing system in his basement. After months of discussing with his wife, they decided to try out our company so they won't have to worry about potential floods or mold growth. Our sales inspector knew that a drainage and sump pump system would be wonderful to protect this basement, so our production team went along and jackhammered the interior perimeter to place the WaterGuard interior drainage system in, which was then connected to a TripleSafe sump pump that was installed in the corner.
