A customer from Whitman, MA was worried about one corner of his basement that was leaking an unhealthy amount of water. There was a big opening in the corner, which was seeping in water. Any openings that allow moisture and water to enter the basement should be taken care of! That is why our production team took the time to install a TripleSafe sump pump and wrapped the corner up with CleanSpace vapor barrier. The TripleSafe will discharge any water seepage while the CleanSpace will block the moisture from getting in. 

This homeowner in Whitman, MA reached out to us after having mold removed from their basement, but they were still dealing with water seepage and moisture issues. Our inspector, David, went out to the home and did an assessment of the basement to see what the best solution would be. For wall cracks, we use our FlexiSpan system, a warrantied wall crack repair system where we clean up the crack opening and seal it with a polyurethane polymer and then seal it again with a draining sealant.
