This home in South Dennis, MA would have sporadic leaking in their basement and needed a permanent solution, cue DryZone Basement Systems! With most of the water coming in through the outside entrance, our specialist knew the installation of our TrenchDrain system would be a perfect addition to the project. We install the TrenchDrain like our Waterguard, with the drain sitting below the floors surface and the top, in this case, the drain, even with the floor. This way any water that could make its way in that’s no along a wall will be captured by the grated drain and will fall into the drain that’s connected to the Waterguard and then the sump. It’s then finished with a fresh coat of concrete to seal it in and finish the job!

A homeowner in North Truro, MA gave us a call because water was getting into their basement/crawl space area through the bulkhead stairway. Our inspector, Rick, went out to the home and he drew up a solution that would waterproof the space, focusing on the bulkhead area. On installation day, our crew, lead by Foreman Kervin, installed our TrenchDrain grated basement drain on the inside of the bulkhead stairs. TrenchDrain catches the excess water that comes in through the bulkhead and it is connected to our WaterGuard drainage system which then sends the water into our TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe pumps all of the collected water out of the home through two discharge lines. Now the homeowner doesn't have to worry about water getting into their basement or crawl space!

A customer in Dennis Port, MA had a cement crawlspace that he wanted to be humid-free. He understood the risk of humidity, as it can cause mold to grow. He called our appointment center in hopes to find a solution, and we were able to respond effectively! Our inspector had the production crew install SilverGlo wall insulation and plugged in a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to get rid of water vapor. The SilverGlo provides the crawlspace with a reliable radiant heat barrier that will keep the house warm and help the customer save on heating costs! 

This homeowner's sump pump in West Harwich, MA was very faulty, causing the water to just over flow this basement whenever there was a heavy rainfall. We provided a much upgraded waterproofing solution to make sure his basement remains dry for years to come. We installed our TripleSafe sump pump that comes with a primary pump, secondary pump and battery backup. Additionally, we covered the interior walls with CleanSpace Wall vapor barrier to prevent any outside moisture from seeping in. So not only did we provide an improved sump system, we lowered the humidity drastically. 

This Brewster, MA home was getting water after storms and the homeowners knew they needed a sump pump so they could be prepared against future storms. As well as a SuperSump system, we installed our Waterguard system along the wall to collect the water that makes its way in. the system conveniently goes under the surface of the floor so once the new concrete dries, you can barely tell the Waterguard is even there.
