In the before photo you will see a sump pump the customer tried installing themselves. It couldn't keep up with the amount of water they were taking on so their basement was still flooding. In the after photo you will see our sturdy sump pump which is a permanent solution.

This homeowner in Webster, MA gave us a call and explained that they were dealing with a very wet basement and we were happy to help them out! Our crew started waterproofing the basement by installing our CleanSpace wall system along the basement walls. The CleanSpace directs water seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system that the crew installed around the entirety of the floor's perimeter. The WaterGuard drains the water it collects into the TripleSafe sump pump which sends it out of the home through two discharge lines. Lastly, the crew set up our SaniDry XP dehumidifier to keep humidity in the basement controlled. Now the homeowner feels much better knowing their basement will be staying dry going forward!
