This homeowner in Chatham, MA gave us a call because their crawl space was humid and had a musty smell. Our crew started working on the crawl space by removing all debris and then they laid down our drainage matting over the dirt floor. Once the drainage matting was in place, the crew fully encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier. Lastly, they installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity low. Now that the crawl space is encapsulated and humidity in the space is controlled, the homeowner will no longer have to worry about that musty odor!

This customer lives in North Chatham, MA and was looking to upgrade his home. One of the ways he was going to do that was to fix up his unfinished basement downstairs! It tends to get humid down in his basement, so he wanted a plan to lower the relative humidity. The teamwork from one of our inspectors and production crews worked out in the end because they ended up planning and installing CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to prevent any more moisture from coming into the basement!
This homeowner in Adams, MA was looking to add more support to their dirt floor and stone wall basement. The basement was built with wooden support beams as seen in the 'before' photo. Our team installed our SmartJacks and Supplemental Beams, which are made of galvanized steel, to prevent sloping and also lift the floors of the home if needed. This homeowner can now feel confident in the structural integrity of their home for years to come.
