This homeowner in North Scituate, MA gave us a call about their crawl space because it was in need of encapsulation as well as structural reinforcement. Our inspector, Andy, went out to the home and he drew up a well-rounded solution for the crawl space. On installation day, our foreman, Melvin, and his crew fully insulated and encapsulated the crawl space to regulate its temperature and seal it off from the damp, dirty earth. A homeowner in Exeter, RI noticed some wood rot under the wooden support structure in his dirt crawl space.
