Hi I just wanted to drop a note and tell you how pleased we are with our new crawlspace encapsulation. And particularly with Steve our salesman who’s been so responsive to all of our questions no matter what day or time I texted him! I had a lot of questions because I don’t know anything about that type of work and he really did such a great job answering everything in detail. We feel like our crawlspace is more structurally sound now and that it will keep the air quality healthy for my son who has a mold allergy. I just wanted to say we loved Steve and the final product that Ricky did so thank you!
