This home in Florence, SC was showing signs of foundation settlement as cracks were appearing along the outer bricks. We used our patented Push Piers outside the home and Smart Jacks under the home to provide full support and lift the home back up to its original position. 

This mold covered crawl space was cleaned and cleared of standing water and mold, then completed with an entire CleanSpace solution. The CleanSpace solution includes drainage, lining encapsulation, dehumidifier, venting, and airtight ever-last door. This solution keeps away mold and mildew while protecting and preserving the house. 

These homeowners were experiencing bouncy, sagging floors due to foundation settlement around their home. Upon inspection, specialists also found extreme moisture issues under the home which caused consistent wood rot and mold. Cantey crew members replaced the supplemental beams, and sister and rim joists, along with placing SmartJacks under the beams to raise the kitchen floors. SmartJacks were assembled along a 9' supplemental beam under this home for proper stabilization and leveling because as you can see, the stability of this home is scarcely supported by older pieces of wood. SmartJacks are used to raise sagging floors and provide support to areas of the home that may be lacking posts or piers and need reinforcement.
