Push piers were used in the back of this house along with slab piers that were used to stabilize a bathroom. We also used our PolyLEVEL system to raise the slab in one room that had settled about an inch. PolyLEVEL was also used to stabilize the garage floor. Our finished basement serves as our primary living room and it was leaking constantly.  After big rains, we would have to manually pump water out each time it flooded, and it became such a nuisance.  We hired Cantey believing the job would be done right the first time, and we were not disappointed.  The crew was very nice and cleaned up after themselves.  Cantey fixed it up right, and we haven't had flooding problems since.

Everything went well from start to finish. First, Dallas came to give us an estimate based on our needs. He was very thorough, measuring and taking pictures of the affected areas of the house and its corresponding support in the cellar. He also mapped out a chart for the crew so they would know exactly where to work and what needed to be done. The day the work began, Dallas was here to coordinate with the 3-man crew. There was constant communication between us, checking floors, etc., as they went along, and they replaced the dirt and vapor barrier when they were through. We are very pleased, and would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services!

The whole process went very good, the guys were very polite and explained everything they were doing.  My husband went down to the crawl space after they left to double check their work, and he was surprised to see that they had taped the existing vapor barrier to the piers to seal it up... and it wasn't even the product we bought from them!  They went above and beyond!

All the people at Cantey Foundation Specialists were prompt, positive, professional, & thorough. I highly recommend!
