This Ashland City family was using their crawl space for storage but knew the conditions of the space were not great and wanted to know if a healthy crawl space was possible.

We used our CleanSpace and SaniDry systems to turn this customers old, musty crawlspace into a new, clean and energy efficient crawlspace!

We used CleanSpace to help seal this musty crawlspace into a useable and energy-friendly space!

The main purpose of a crawlspace is to provide a space between the foundation and the subfloor to access ducts, pipes and wires.

This home in particular had so much fallen insulation and old dirty liner in the way, there was no easy access to anything. As well as letting the relative humidity within the space increase to levels unsuitable for the crawlspace environment.

With the Cleanspace liner in place with caulking and tape to completely seal the area, and a TripleSafe sump pump to remove any resulting water, we will be able to spray Mold-X2 cleaner to eliminate the mold staining and visual evidence as well as killing 99.99% of germs on the surface.

This homeowner in Pleasant View Tennessee was having major water problems with their crawl space.  After going down and looking themselves, they immediately called Frontier Basement Systems.  All the water that was collecting was creating a lot of mold.  You can see from the before photo that there are excessive amounts of water mixed in with plastic and mold.  Together with the homeowners the design specialist went over all the problems as well as solutions.  It was decided that a full encapsulation with CleanSpace was the right solution for this crawl space.  CleanSpace is super durable and 20mil thick.  It reduces moisture and humidity in a crawl space.  That was exactly what this crawl space needed.
